Tom Reed’s career in the financial services industry dates back to 1972. During that time he held the following positions: President & Chief Operating Officer - Ethika Corporation (NASDAQ) - a software and technology firm; Chief Executive Officer - Huston, Reed & Associates - a recruiting firm serving the printing industry; Vice President & Chief Operating Officer - Compudata Services, Inc. - a software firm serving the healthcare industry; and Vice President - Northern Central Bank where he served as the Commercial Services Manager and Director of Product Management. For the past 9 years Tom has served as President of Morningstar. He has served as Founder and Chairman of the Coastal Venture Investment Forum and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hargray Communications and the advisory board of the University of South Carolina Business Department. Mr. Reed majored in Business Administration at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Prior to joining Morningstar, Mark Dickens held various senior positions with major global operations, including serving as Global Director for the fluid packaging business of W. R Grace growing the business in the US, Europe and Latin America through a combination of organic, JV and acquisition projects. He has also worked extensively in Business Development and various international Financial Management functions, both with W. R. Grace and also Exxon Corp. Since forming his own M&A advisory company in the UK in 1998 and joining Morningstar in 2004, Mark has executed or assisted in over 25 transactions, many of which were buy-side deals on behalf of major corporate clients. Mr. Dickens majored in Economics and Business at the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Since 1974, Robert McGuire (Bob) has served in various senior management telecom industry positions. During a 12 year period, Bob served as President, CEO and Founder of US Telecom and oversaw its growth into Europe through wireless/wireline convergence projects and several JVs with Alcatel and others. Prior to this, Bob held Senior Executive positions with United Telcom Investments & UTS (Europe), US Network Services, Ameritel (Mexico), CP National, RCA Americom & Southern New England Telephone. He was also a member of the team that grew CP National stock price from $8 to $160 per share in five years. A Board Member of the United States Telephone Association, Mr. McGuire also served as a Director on the Board of the California Independent Telephone Association. Bob is a graduate of the San Francisco Golden Gate University with an MS in Telecommunications Management.
